Our Cancellation Conditions:
Up to 60 days prior to the agreed-upon arrival date, no cancellation
charge will apply. In the event of cancellations up to 30 days prior
to arrival, we will assess a cancellation fee equivalent to 30%
of the stipulated package price. In the event of cancellations later
than 29 days prior to arrival, we will assess a cancellation fee
equivalent to 50% of the stipulated package price. In the event
of cancellations later than 10 days prior to arrival, we will assess
a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of the stipulated package price.
In the case of non-arrival without cancellation, we will assess
a charge equivalent to 90% of the stipulated package price.
Cancellation fees will only be charged if we fail to rent out the
rooms to other guests!
